Katy Perry to Play SNL Host this December
Come December 10 and all the Katy Perry fans will be elated! And why not? She will be hosting Saturday Night Live on that day! So, SNL fans and Katy Perry fans get all geared up to watch the show on NBC on DISH Network. It is sure gonna be fun!
Fresh off her special achievement win at 'American Music Awards' this Sunday, Katy Perry is all set to appear on small screen again with a 'Saturday Night Live' hosting gig on Dec. 10. Yippee!!!
Of course the Grammy nominee is not a stranger to the 'SNL' stage as she has performed as the musical guest during Amy Poehler’s hosting gig in last September. However, this will be her first time to host the show. And all Katy Perry fans sincerely believe that she will run the show as successfully as her husband Russell Brand did in the month of February.
Perry best known for her musical talents and for winning MTV VMAs (this year she has got three in a row, including the Video of the Year). Recently, Perry began to branch out into acting as well. She gave her voice to 'The Smurfs' this summer to the iconic role of Smurfette. She also appeared on CBS' 'How I Met Your Mother' earlier this year.
So, we can hope to see the gorgeous performer on DISH Network channels more often now as she is venturing into the foray of acting and hosting. Perry fans, take heart!
